Inspired by the painting "The Three Ages of Woman" by Gustav Klimt, I particularly focused my collection on the elderly woman on the left. I resonated deeply with the emotions evoked in the woman portrayed, from the hunched posture to the details of her body. Struggling to embrace my own, I wanted to create a collection that exposed body dysmorphic disorder and in the process, challenged the standards of American/Western beauty for women.
